With over 20 years’ experience in HR and employment relations consulting, I have gained a reputation for providing best practice, relevant and pragmatic employment relations advice and support. The industries I have consulted for, include professional services, transport, health, food retail, property services, the not for profit sector and local government.

My particular expertise lies in handling workplace grievances, poor performance, misconduct/ serious misconduct, employee absence (incapacity), recruitment, management of change and coaching for success.

Having been in business myself and with experience having managed teams before, I am familiar with some of the challenges people leaders face when dealing with employees. My approach is very pragmatic; the advice I provide is clear, jargon-free and easy to understand. You can be confident you are getting top quality HR consulting advice and support.

Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, reading a good book (preferably with a good strong coffee) and I'm always planning my next overseas trip.
