What is our HR Partnership Programme?

Partner with us for custom designed support for your business' HR requirements with our HR Essentials. The partnership includes personalised advice and tools; from how to build your team, address team performance concerns or ensure that you have a robust employment agreement; but without the designer price tag. 

To create the right support model for your business, we first carry out a 'Discovery process'. Our 'Discovery process' enables us to understand your HR strengths, areas for improvement and how to bridge the gap, be that through improving documents for induction and onboarding, or training your managers on how to better engage their teams. Then we follow that up with a tailor-made People Plan.

This Plan will not only ensure that you get exactly the right level of expertise exactly when you need it but most importantly of all, it will lay down a pathway to deliver on the success outcomes that we agree up front.
